AFTER CARE

Falcon Ridge Ranch has a commitment to each girl and their families, even after discharge.  Individual After Care Plans are outlined and addressed as part of the student's Master Treatment Plan.  They are designed to ensure that the girl's transition back into the home and family life is a supportive and effective one. 

Our students are encouraged to keep in touch with their therapist, case manager, teachers, and staff.  With this on-going support, the girls discharging from Falcon Ridge Ranch are better able to meet every day situations and events.  They have better confidence and skills which are needed to cope, and problem-solve effectively after they leave our program.
